These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of websites, online services, applications and related digital features provided under the UZY brand (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Age-restricted products and related services may only be accessed, purchased or used by persons who meet the minimum legal age required in the relevant jurisdiction.

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images and availability information as accurately as reasonably possible. However, product presentation may occasionally contain typographical, technical or display errors.

Product availability, configurations, packaging and specifications may vary by market and may change over time.

Products must be used in accordance with the instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with the relevant product.

Certain products may contain nicotine. Where applicable, nicotine-containing products are intended only for persons who meet the relevant legal age requirement, and applicable product warnings should be followed.

To the extent permitted by law, UZY is not responsible for loss arising directly from deliberate misuse, unauthorised modification or use contrary to clear product safety instructions.

Personal data processed in connection with the Services is addressed in the UZY Privacy Policy, which explains the relevant purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention practices and user rights.

These Terms do not replace any consent or other legal basis required for the processing of personal data.

Trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, photographs, software, technology and other content made available through the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to UZY, its licensors or other rights holders.

• content may not be modified, redistributed or reproduced where doing so infringes applicable rights

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, logistics providers or other external services.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies and operational rules. UZY does not control the content or independent operation of third-party websites or services.

We aim to maintain the availability and security of the Services, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot always be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

UZY may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Services, technical operations or legal requirements.

The updated version will apply to future use from the stated effective date or publication date, unless applicable law requires another form of notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland to the extent that such a choice of law is valid under applicable conflict-of-laws and consumer-protection rules.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that would otherwise apply to you under the law applicable to your consumer relationship.

Any dispute will be submitted to a court or other dispute-resolution body having jurisdiction under the applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Any invalid provision will be interpreted or adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary to make it effective where legally possible.
